We will do everything we can to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. However, on the odd occasion it may be necessary to return something, in which case we'll handle it according to the following policy:
- If it is our mistake we'll naturally take the product back for a full refund and at our shipping expense within 30 days of receipt upon agreement with one of our staff members.
- If it is your mistake or if you change your mind you may return unopened and unused product within 30 days of receipt upon agreement with one of our staff members. However, we ask you to pay the return shipping charges and we also don't refund the original shipping charges in such a case.
- If a return is due to you changing your mind, we charge a 20% restocking and handling fee.
- In the case of emulsions and other freezable products, we do our best to ship them freeze-protected in the winter months from October to March inclusive. We however cannot guarantee that they will not freeze and we therefore cannot take responsibility or take them back if they do.
